And it's bidding at $5,600 no reserve.

No but the trunk is the same so either it was fixed spots on randomly both the hood and trunk (but nowhere else) or, more likely, someone trying to make it look "cool"

This seems like the oddest place to put an engine - in front of the axle tilted 35 degrees. It almost looks like it was just dropped there and kinda rolled around for a while.

I suppose it follows from having a longitudinal engine and FWD.

It's a narrow V4 though so it can go in front of the axle line without the car being unusually long in front like an Audi.
